If you find you cannnot access your sites, follow these steps:
(1). Try to access other sites on the internet. Most times it could be your ISP that is having issues.
(2). Also make sure that your DNS info for your domain name has propagated over to our servers. This process of propagation can take up to 3 days. More information here (http://www.infernoforums.com/showthread.php?t=18).
(3). Try to access your site via http://YOURIP/~username. To see which IP you should use, look in your welcome email that you received when you signed up.
(4). If you see that the server you are on is still non-reachable then submit a ticket at the Help Desk (http://www.infernosupport.com).
