ThePlanet is currently making preparations to perform power maintenance in our DLLSTX2 facility, and as such, we want to ensure all customers are aware of the maintenance window.
The maintenance window currently in place is scheduled for Tuesday, April 4th, 2005, from 0500hrs to 0700hrs CDT. This maintenance should only affect a small percentage of our customers, who can expect to experience a direct power loss during this time. These customers will be contacted individually (separately from this email) with additional details and preparations that should be made to ensure a smooth transition through the maintenance window. Aside from these specific customers, all remaining customers should experience normal power and network service during this window.
However, we also want to make certain that all of our customers are aware that this window has been scheduled, and that due to the sometimes unpredictable nature of the maintenance to be performed there is a possibility for intermittent power and network degradation during that time. Please be aware that any symptoms experienced during this window will be at the foremost of our attention, and immediate steps will be taken to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
