InfernoHost has a strict policy with regards to moving files on behalf of our clients. We have this policy for several reasons:
(1) Moving files can be a very time consuming process and this is not a service that is provided.
(2) There is way too much legal liability for ourselves when we take the responsibility to move files on client's behalf, and we're not willing to expose ourselves to that liability.
However, At our convenience, we are willing to untar archives of files, but by no means are we willing to sort them. We can also create mysql databases from mysqldump format. None of the above carries any sort of warranty, implied or otherwise. Please submit a Help Desk ticket for this.
Moving files to your new account here is entirely your responsibility.
