The old Help Desk system has now been replaced by a whole new one.
The InfernoPanel (http://www.infernosupport.com) currently allows InfernoHost clients to do the following: Update their contact information such as their email address and phone number.
View their hosting account information such as their hosting plan details.
Submit Trouble Tickets.
View their latest welcome email which they received upon signing up with InfernoHost.
Existing Clients
To login to the Member Area, visit http://www.infernosupport.com, or use the login box to the top right of any InfernoHost page. Existing clients will be emailed their initial login details for the InfernoPanel (http://www.infernosupport.com).
